TERMS & CONDITIONS: KitKat Drumstick Giveaway 2025
Information on entry eligibility and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
Entry into the KitKat Drumstick Giveaway 2025 (the ‘Promotion’) is deemed to be an acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

The promotional period:
The competition begins 10:00 AM 6 February 2025, closes 11:59 PM on Sunday 9 February 2025.
Time zone: Australian Eastern Summer Time
How to enter:
To go into the draw, entrants must fill in the form.
If, for technical reasons, anyone is having trouble filling in the form, they can email hi@nearly.com.au before the end of the promotional period stating their intention to be included in the giveaway.
Who can enter:
Entrants must reside in an Australian state or mainland territory and be able to receive the prize by physical post.
South Australian residents are not eligible due to permit requirements.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Prize details: There are thirty (30) prizes to be awarded. Each prize consists of a single KitKat Drumstick block, 165 grams. Valued at approximately AU$7.00.
Maximum 1 entry per person.
Winner selection:
The 30 winners will be selected from existing subscribers to nearly.com.au, an exported list of entrants and supporters using Lenny.fm. We'll make a big list and ran
For each source a list of eligible entries will be created and numbered from 1 to the final entry, in the order that they are exported as.
ChatGPT will randomly choose 30 numbers ranging between 1 and the total number of entries, including 1 and the total number.
Draw date: 10 February 2025
Location: Malvern East, Australia.
Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of draw date.
Winners' names will not be published.
Winner notification:
All winners will be contacted by the promoter via email within 24 hours of the competition closing.
In the event of the prize not being claimed by 14 February 2024 the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the prize to another entrant.
Prize send-outs:
The prize (one block of KitKat Drumstick) will be sent from Nearly Media at no cost to the prize winner. The date(s) for the delivery of the prizes will be within 28 days of the draw date, subject to postal/courier availability.
Redraw:
If we do not receive 30 or more qualified entrants by the closing date, a first come first served give away will take place. This will be promoted using the existing form and prized dispensed as eligible entries are received.
Variation/cancellation:
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including these terms and conditions and the prizes, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
